10. Digital Delivery
The E-Lesson Notes and other applicable products sold through this website are digital products.
No physical product will be shipped unless a product is expressly described as physical.
After successful payment confirmation, access to the purchased resource will be provided using the delivery method communicated to the customer.

11. Delivery Time

Where an unexpected delay occurs, we will make reasonable efforts to communicate with the affected customer.
12. Customer Responsibility for Contact Information
You are responsible for ensuring that the email address, WhatsApp number and other information you provide are accurate.
Profitlyfy Digital will not be responsible for delays resulting solely from inaccurate contact information supplied by the customer.
If you discover an error after submitting your information, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can attempt to correct it.
13. Refunds
Because our products are digital and may become accessible to the customer immediately or shortly after delivery, refund eligibility may differ from that of physical products.

Where Profitlyfy Digital is unable to provide the specific digital product for which payment has been accepted, the customer may be eligible for a full refund in accordance with that policy and applicable law.

- Distribute them through WhatsApp, Telegram or similar groups;
- Sell copies to other teachers, schools or third parties;
- Share access links publicly;
- Repackage the materials as their own commercial product;
- Remove ownership or copyright information where present;
- Reproduce substantial portions for unauthorised commercial distribution; or
- Use the materials in any manner that infringes applicable intellectual-property rights.
If a school or organisation requires broader institutional usage rights, it should contact Profitlyfy Digital to confirm the appropriate package or permission.
